- butternut squash

How to Make Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies
1. Chop veggies and apples.
2. Make the maple mustard glaze.
3. Roast in the oven.

How to Cut Butternut Squash
1. Start by cutting off the bottom portion of the squash.
2. Next cut off the stem and slice your squash in half longways using a sharp chef’s knife.
3. Lay your halves cut side down on a cutting board and slices the squash into 1-inch cubes.
